ISHIK UNIVERSITY An ISO granted university with high international standards in Erbil.
On May 19, 2014, Ishik University held its 4th Graduation Ceremony. The interest in the program was so high. The representatives of the Higher Education Ministry and other Ministries, Presidents of the KRG Universities, families, students and academics were ready in the campus.
Ishik gave approximately 400 alumni for 2014-2015 Academic Year from all the faculties. The program started with the National Anthem of Kurdistan and President Prof. Dr. Ahmet Öztaş made inauguration speech. Following the inauguration, Representative of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Karim S. Abdul and Governor Navzad Hadi made speeches.
After the Oath-taking Ceremony for the students, Mr. Saeed (father of our Late student Amanj Saeed r.i.p) was given Certificate of Honor.
Following award ceremony for graduation lottery, the students ranking the highest in each Department were given plaques and they submitted the flags of their departments to the next years’ best students.
Later on, the students were given temporary graduation certificates.
The program was ended with Cap-Tossing.
