ISHIK UNIVERSITY An ISO granted university with high international standards in Erbil.
The 2nd International Engineering Conference on Developments in Civil and Computer Engineering Applications (IEC 2016) is held for the period from 21 to 22 February 2016. This year the conference is organized jointly by Ishik University and Erbil Polytechnic University. Ishik University is always keen to establish connection with other educational institutions whether nationally or internationally.
The Organizing committee consisting of Prof. Dr. Ahmet Öztaş (president of Ishik University), Dr. Kawa Sherwani (president of Erbil Polytechnic University), Dr. Duran Kala (Dean Faculty of Eng. and Science of Ishik University), Mr. Semih Aydin (Head of IT Dep. of Ishik University), Mr Safwan Mawlud (Head of Computer Eng. Dep. of Ishik University), Mr. Berham Haydar (Head of Civil Eng. Dep. of Ishik University), Dr. Adnan Shihab (Director of Academic and International Relations of Erbil Polytechnic University) Dr. Basil Younus (Head of civil Eng. Dep. of Eng. Technical College), Dr. Bzar Khidr Hussain (Head of ISE Dep. Of Eng. Technical college), and Dr. Khalel Hassan (Head of High way Dep. Technology Institute of Erbil Polytechnic University).
After the Opening Ceremony at Erbil Polytechnic University, presenters was presented their presentations in two days. The first day at Erbil Polytechnic University and the second day at Ishik University Campus. The program ended with certificate and present presentments.
