An Orientation Workshop for newly joined Academic Staff.

Within Ishik University’s training plan for the Academic Year 2017-2018, Academic Vice President’s Office coordinated an orientation workshop that was carried out on October 31, 2017 and November 02, 2017.

All Academic Staff who newly joined Ishik University’s family were invited to participate in this workshop. The purpose of the event is to provide the new Lecturers with a brief introduction to Ishik University’s policies, processes and systems crucial to the best educational procedure.

The Topics presented through the workshop were: “Ishik University’s Policies and Staff Handbook” by Ms. Rasha Alkabbanie, “Introduction about PIS System” by Mr. Ferhat Kahveci, “Introduction about Quality Assurance Procedure” by Dr. Samira Saeed, “Introducing University’s Webpage and other Online Services” by Prof. Dr. Qaysar S. Mahdi, “Lecturer’s Page and Lecturer’s Profile” by Mr. Gokhan Gumus and “Publication Requirements and Incentives” by Dr. Cagri Mart.
