The health and safety committee in cooperation with Dr. Karzan Mohammad (project designer) will do an evacuation training with fire alarm system checkup along with the response of the governmental sectors. This event will be take place on Sunday 07/05/2017 in the main presidency building to train the staff and students how to act during emergencies. This is in memorizing the international day of health and safety at work place.
The event will be happening with consequent actions:
1- There will be a fire alarm at 10 am
2- Fake causalities will be present through makeup artist.
3- There will be emergency call to the governmental sectors, this include the fire fighters, Crime scene investigation, Police, and Traffic Police.
4- Students and staff will be directed through 25 volunteer students with known vests to use the fire exit.
5- All other main exits and elevators will be locked and closed.
6- The crowd will be directed to a population area.
7- The fire fighters will enter the building and the police will investigate the scene and will be demonstrated to students.
8- All the event will be covered through drone camera and mobile devices.
Note: This is just a training so please do not panic and try to use the stairs safely and evacuate as soon as possible according to the directions given by the volunteers.
