One of our Architecture department’s teaching methodologies is ensuring students put theory learned in class into practice. So, Architecture students are taken for Field trips to visit areas that help them with their design projects.
On October 20th.2019, we along with the third-year architecture students visited the site of their design project which was located on (40m Gulan street, next to Ashtar sweets) to observe the site and its surroundings in order to facilitate their designing process.
Later on, we visited Gulan towers for the students to observe a similar example as they were guided by one the architects who designed the project, and along with the lecturers and assistants, everything was explained to the students in order to have a wider view on every step of the design process. The students declared that the trip was beneficial for their designing process and they really enjoyed the trip which was full of information.
